Is there a 14 day cooling off period?

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 provides a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period for the customer to change their mind and receive a full refund for most online purchases

This service is exempt from that rule because

• When purchasing this service you agree to waive the right to cancel so that the service can start immediately.
